These Terms govern your access to and use of SmartCartLink (the "Service"), operated at https://www.smartcartlink.com . By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

SmartCartLink may provide global marketing, influencer marketing, tracking technology, traffic, reporting and related digital marketing services. With your explicit Google OAuth 2.0 authorization, certain features may connect to Google Ads accounts you are authorized to access through the Google Ads API, display their advertising data and reports, and apply changes that you explicitly initiate or authorize.

Private Google Ads data is not made visible to unrelated users. See our Privacy Policy .

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority to use account-management features;
• You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials;
• You must be authorized to access and manage every Google Ads account you connect.

3. Google Account Authorization

• Access to Google Ads data requires explicit consent through Google OAuth 2.0;
• You may revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions ;
• Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own terms and policies . We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Changes to Your Google Ads Account

• Any bid, budget, targeting, campaign, ad group, ad, creative or status change is made only at your explicit request or with your authorization and submitted through the Google Ads API;
• You are responsible for reviewing changes and understanding their effects on advertising spend, delivery and performance;
• Google may reject, delay or limit API operations under its own policies, permissions, quotas, reviews or technical systems;
• We do not guarantee advertising outcomes or account performance.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, connect accounts you are not authorized to manage, access another user's data without authorization, bypass security or API restrictions, disrupt the Service, distribute malware or send spam.

6. Other Services

SmartCartLink may also provide global marketing, influencer marketing, tracking technology, traffic, reporting and related digital marketing services. Advertisers, merchants, publishers, affiliate networks, platforms or other third parties may impose their own terms, eligibility rules, technical requirements and privacy practices.

7. Fees and Commercial Arrangements

Certain products, subscriptions, campaigns or services may require payment or be subject to separate commercial terms. Relevant prices, billing, commissions and refund conditions will be disclosed where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original software, design, text and graphics, excluding your data and third-party content, are owned by or licensed to SmartCartLink and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data and content that belong to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any specific advertising result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, commissions or advertising spend. Mandatory legal liability is not excluded.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with Google, advertisers, merchants, affiliate networks, publishers, creators, analytics providers, payment providers or other third parties. Their own terms and policies apply to their services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements or third-party platform requirements.

13. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to our operations in Hong Kong SAR, subject to mandatory law that may apply to you.
