SmartCartLink ("we", "our", or "the App"), operated at https://www.smartcartlink.com , is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and your choices, especially regarding Google Ads API and Google OAuth 2.0 data. Our operations may include Hong Kong SAR.

1. Information We Collect

• Google account identity information — basic profile information such as Google account ID and email address when needed to identify or authenticate your account.
• Google Ads data you explicitly authorize — only with your OAuth consent, including account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, audiences, budgets, bids, targeting settings, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and related statistics for accounts you are authorized to access.
• Technical information — IP address, browser and device information, operating system, access timestamps, security logs and diagnostic information used to operate and protect the Service.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other Google services beyond the Google permissions and scopes you approve for the features you choose to use.

2. How We Use Google Ads Data

• Display your own or otherwise authorized Google Ads account data and performance metrics to you;
• Provide reports and analyses of advertising data you are authorized to access;
• Allow you to review campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, targeting and related settings;
• Apply changes to Google Ads only when you explicitly request or authorize them through the App;
• Maintain the authorized connection, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect Service security.

We do not automatically modify a Google Ads account merely because it is connected. Unrelated users cannot see your private Google Ads data.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

SmartCartLink's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described here;
• We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data;
• We do not use Google user data for retargeting, personalized advertising or interest-based advertising;
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with affirmative user consent, for security or abuse prevention, to comply with law, or where permitted for aggregated and anonymized internal operations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not provide Google Ads data to advertisers, data brokers, affiliate networks, unrelated analytics providers or other independent third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure or security providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Communication with Google APIs is protected using HTTPS/TLS;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials and protected with reasonable security controls;
• Stored data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• Google Ads data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested features, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

• Revoke access: review or remove the App's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions .
• Delete your data: request deletion of your account and associated stored data, including cached Google Ads data, using the contact information below. We aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days unless longer retention is legally or operationally required.
• Changes to ads: modifications are submitted through the Google Ads API only when you explicitly request or authorize them.

7. Other Service Data

SmartCartLink may also provide global marketing, influencer marketing, tracking technology, traffic, reporting and related digital marketing services. Data processed for those features is handled under this Policy and is not used to expand the purposes for which Google Ads API data is processed.

8. Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, sessions, preferences, security, analytics and Service operation. Google Ads API data is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

The Google Ads account-management features are intended for adult or business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties we do not control.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
